The complementary kits and the breakfast were good. the hotel was located in the center of the city, which was very convenient for me. the bed was very comfortable.
There were no elevators in the hotel, and I had to carry my luggage over two floors. the staff was untrustworthy and my important documents were misplaced.

The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and stores. It was a perfect spot to spend Christmas since it had a holiday vibe and decorations. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at home. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was dirt and dust in the corners, and the bathroom had a moldy smell.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. The location of this hotel was great too, as it was close to the tube station, so I could easily go around the city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the bed was very comfy. Finally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was of good quality.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
